LIFE Groups

1. Time and Location: Tuesdays 7:45pm (Bristol & Creditview)

About this group: ordinary people in ordinary lives, who enjoy getting together once a week for Christian fellowship and learning, and support and encouragement. The focus is growing in our relationship with Jesus, and becoming more deeply committed to following Him in our everyday lives. It is a safe environment where we can express doubt and concerns about our faith and where we can grow in our faith, and in our understanding of who Jesus calls us to be.

About the Group: We always begin with a social half hour. We usually have two sharing times, one at the beginning of the evening, to share our concerns, one at the end, to share or joys. We have our study time in between these. We are currently using the book, "What Happy People Know” along with biblical references, to discuss the topic of "Happiness".

About the group: Each evening includes time for sharing life experiences, study and prayer. We are generally over 40 and most have adult children. Four members attend as couples and four women attend on their own. All are welcome!

 About the group: Young adults who are entering professional or parenting stage of life and who share joys and challenges, learn from one another, and enjoy laughter. Everyone welcome!

About the group: A group for busy people that are looking forward to meaningful conversation and prayerful support. Bruce is currently consultant for the Ministry of Education. He enjoys sports, reading, woodworking and home improvement projects. Deborah has a nursing background with extensive work experience in the not for profit sector in relief and development. She enjoys gardening, reading, sewing, music and sports.

About the group: With family roots in England and New Zealand, they are parents of two grown children. Charles is an avid film viewer and enjoys listening to music. Ruth enjoys arts and crafts, is a member of the Trinity Arts group, and a member of the Trinity choir. She also plays guitar.

About the group: Annette and Laura, both long-time Trinity members, have been co-leading this group for 3 years.  The group is mixed -- mostly female, two married couples, all "baby boomers."  This weekly group focuses on Bible study, sharing and prayer.

About Mark: After being away from church for thirty years, Mark came back seeking a place for his two young boys. He not only found a place for his kids, but a place for him. Mark made a personal commitment to follow Jesus ten years ago, and has been involved in the Friday morning Men’s group ever since. His interests are guitar, billiards, golf, and family gatherings.
